Great experience from start to finish. I was looking to have a pre-purchase inspection done, as I'm not local, and SJM was recommended to me on Discord by a local car enthusiast. The price was the lowest in the area by far, they were communicative throughout the whole process through email, always quick to answer my millions of questions. And they were extremely flexible, even picking up the car from the seller and returning it after a last minute change of plans. The report was thorough, and Marisa even checked in with the last shop to service the vehicle. Absolutely worth the money and then some, and I wish I was local so I could use them for work in the future.

I needed my alternator and catalytic converter replaced as well as new brakes all around. Received a transmission flush and brake fluid replaced too. Wonderful team over at SJM Autowerks! Provided me with a loner vehicle and all work was completed in a very timely fashion with explanations to all the work completed. Staff was welcoming and professional too!

Each time I bring my car to SJM, I go home totally satisfied. The feeling I get from everybody I come in contact with is that they are servicing me as well as my vehicle. Thanks for such great service and for advising me which issues I might to address in the future. As I tell you each time, “Great Job!”

WOW! Just had my Mini Cooperman serviced at SJM Autowerks and I couldn’t be happier - the level of customer service is off the charts, starting with Marisa at the front desk. I was kept in the loop via texts, emails, and phone calls throughout the repair process so there were zero surprises when I picked up my car. I have no doubt the total cost of the work that was done was half what it would have been at the dealership. What really put them over the top for me, was letting me know that one of the things requiring repair, should be covered under the factory warranty and free to me. They could have just repaired it and charged me, so their honesty was very much appreciated!

Staff was very professional, mechanic explained the bad on my vehicle the musts and the possible fixes so that I can understand what is most needed and the costs associated with the repairs. SJM will be my repair shop stop from now on and will recommend to all friends and family. Omar Nicosia

Marisa alone is worth coming back for! Never had a better front desk person in any mechanic shop or dealership. Hope they prioritize keeping her. I called last minute to get a same day alignment, rotation and windshield wiper pump replaced. She managed to squeeze me in to be done same day. Also I came in with 4 kids and she helped them get set up by me printing coloring pages and entertaining their every question. Loved the experience her, but Marisa put it over the top!
