Let me preface this by saying that this Shop deserves more than a basic “great service recommend highly” review In May 2024, I purchased a 2005 Dodge Viper my dream car. June 29 the motor seized on me on the highway. Fortunately enough, I purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. I originally took this to a Rada race labs in Genoa city Wisconsin a specialty performance builder for Audis and other similar high performance vehicles. After a month of going back-and-forth due to the extended warranty company, not wanting to pay for the motor to be replaced due to catastrophic failure. dollars and cents unfortunately pained the process. After a very vehement phone call with the warranty company the car was picked up within 3 days and brought to SJM. While my vehicle was being dropped off, I got to meet the team Steve Nate Marisa and Tom. With a specialty vehicle like this, I am extremely picky with who gets to be near it . After meeting them, I was extremely relieved and had great confidence. They spearheaded the task of finding a new viper engine and getting it installed. Which is a task in itself. During the process, I did my due diligence on everything. They now have earned my business for life as a very loyal customer. They recently worked on my 2005 Escalade and my 2007 F250 which no one has been able to tame except for them. So many hands I’ve touched that F250 and it has been the most unreliable 98,000 mile truck ever. Technician Tom is and has been extremely thorough with lots of photographs and write ups on everything . This shop is very reasonable in today’s hard economic times. I appreciate them greatly, and from a bad situation can always find the silver lining . I don’t think five stars is enough to express my gratitude towards the team.
