Very impressed. Had a relatively major repair done on my wife's car and the quote here was FAR less than another nearby. When I dropped the car off, I noticed a lot of cool (collectible/performance) vehicles in the lot--a good sign that people who know their stuff trust this shop to work on their cars. Marisa kept me in the loop every step of the repair, relaying answers from the mechanics to technical questions I had about repair alternatives, and was very pleasant to work with. I work long hours and she was very accommodating to my schedule. The best though, was how they treated my wife when she picked up the car. Apparently Google often gives their old address when searched, so that's where she went. The uber driver left her there in a February rainstorm with nothing open nearby. When she called SJM confused, cold, and wet, they immediately sent someone out to pick her up on their own accord. After the repair, the head mechanic Steve texted to follow up and thank us for the business. I will definitely come here for future repairs.

The staff at SJM is friendly, helpful and extremely honest. They try their best to accommodate your schedule and timeline. We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe in 2019…we had problems with the back up camera from the get go. We had it at the dealer multiple times and not until Steve and his team took over did they get to the root of the problem and finally get it replaced and in the wonderful working order it should be. Several months later, I went back for a simple oil change. They discovered that my engine was consuming oil…and we started the long process of an engine replacement. In both of the above situations they worked with our extended warranty company to get as much covered as possible. As I said in the beginning…they are so very honest. They have earned the business of our family’s four current vehicles and any others that come along in the future. Even when things don’t go as planned or there is a small hiccup with a repair, you can count on the team at SJM to make it right, stand behind their work and to be honorable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
