This is one of the best auto shops I've been to. The staff is professional and respectful. Tony and Steve are are great to work with. I recommend this place to anyone for their auto repairs.

I recently brought my 2016 Focus RS here. The last shop I went to was an all-around nightmare, so I wasn't looking forward to taking it to another shop. You will not find a better shop anywhere, they do excellent work, their customer service is unmatched, they keep you in the loop with everything that is going on, and most important of all, they are honest. I will only bring my vehicles here going forward. This is the only place I trust with my car, and now I see why so many others feel the same. Service: General repairs & maintenance

There is nothing bad I can say about this team of auto repair experts! Here's what makes them amazing: - Great (and I mean personable, polite, and trustworthy) customer service - Reasonable prices: I researched several local repair shops and all came in $75 - $500 more expensive for the repair I needed - Quick turnaround: This was the only shop in the area that could complete the repair in the same day I brought it in. Other local shops were on a 2-3 day delay. - Honest: They let me know about other repairs that might need attention in the next few months, but didn't press the issue, sharing that there was no need to throw all the repairs down. With all these factors, I'm sorry that I hadn't found them sooner. I guess that they haven't been in this location for very long, so they are still getting their reputation going and building in exposure through word of mouth. Great Auto repair company that provides great service. I highly recommend!

Great shop dealer quality services without dealer pricing. I found that they were lower priced than other northwest suburban independent shops. They are knowledgeable on all aspects of automotive repair and restoration as well as customization. Body repair is available too. All makes and models are covered. I am an auto enthusiast and they did not ignore my need to only have things done that I am unable to work on in my driveway. Most dealers just want to charge for everything they are able to, but not at SJM. Great guys that are personable, you are not just a number as a customer.
